I've never been much of a home maker, but in evaluating my skills in the kitchen there is one area in particular that needs work.  I need to become proficient enough with the knife so as to cease being a danger to myself.  I think perhaps my ennui with my creative side might be due to this obvious inequity in skill.  It is time to unbuild that wall and make something delicious for dinner.
