This rye contains corn meal, yogurt, vinegar, oil and honey in addition to the flours. It tastes really quite good, although it had a bit of a vinegar aftertaste on the day of the bake. In subsequent days it has matured into a less intense and more blended flavor. It is still not as good as my uber loaf.
